Itinerary

This full-day tour to Humantay Lake involves a very early start and a late evening return to Cusco, covering travel, hiking, and exploration:

• Pick-up and Travel to Mollepata: Very early departure from Cusco (approx. 4:00 AM - 4:30 AM). Travel by tourist transport for 2 hours to Mollepata, where we will enjoy a local breakfast.
• Mollepata to Soraypampa: We continue by transport for approximately 1.5 hours to Soraypampa (3,900 m.a.s.l.), the starting point of the trek.
• Hike to Humantay Lake: Start of the uphill trek (approx. 1.5 to 2 hours) along a trail with spectacular views, until reaching the stunning Humantay Lake (4,200 m.a.s.l.).
• Lake Exploration: Time to enjoy the beauty of the turquoise lake, take photos, and absorb the energy of the place.
• Descent and Lunch: Hike back to Soraypampa (approx. 1 hour) and then transport back to Mollepata for a comforting lunch.
• Return to Cusco: Journey back to Cusco city, arriving approximately between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
